The Giving Tree—Volunteers coordinate the collection, sorting, and delivery of Christmas gifts to the needy.

Soup Kitchen—St. Margaret of Scotland Parish is responsible for staffing a soup kitchen on the second Tuesday of even months.. This is a great community service for all.
The Prayer Chain—This ministry is all about praying for people when they need it most. When a request is received, the email chain is activated, and in a short time dozens of caring people are praying for that individual or family.
Annual Parish Picnic—This annual event is a great way to meet new people, have fun, and enjoy food prepared by parishioners. A chairperson organizes the picnic and the volunteers with the help of a co-chair.
Fish Fry Friday— This is an annual event that takes place during six Fridays of Lent. They are a wonderful way to meet new people and enjoy a nice community dinner with options that change each week. Not your ordinary church dinner, you will be met at the door by our Maître D and seated at a table where a waiter will take your order and return with your hot meal. Our dessert table has such variety that would make anyone with a sweet-tooth smile.
