Nicole Padley

Religious Education Coordinator

Nicole Padley joined the staff at St. Margaret's in 2025 with a desire to help families grow in their Catholic faith. As Coordinator of Family Faith Formation, she works to support parents in their role as the primary educators of their children by creating opportunities for faith formation that are engaging and rooted in the life of the Church. She also oversees sacramental preparation for children and coordinates parish programs that are designed to help young families encounter Christ together.

Along with working on staff at St. Margaret's Nicole is also a homeschooling mom of six children. Her and her husband, Patrick, joined St. Margaret's back in 2023 and are excited to be a part of what God is building here in Lees Summit.

Nicole hopes every family who walks through the doors of St. Margaret's feels welcomed and encouraged to live out their faith at home. She believes that ordinary moments within family life is where God can work most profoundly. She is grateful to be serving the families at St. Margaret's.
