Signs of Grace
You Are Forgiven and its counterpart You are Loved are two programs within the Signs of Grace series offered by the Augustine Institute that help prepare children for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion by revealing that God indeed loves us deeply and personally.
While centered on the child, this curriculum also supports the family as the primary place where faith is lived and learned. Each session includes resources for the family to help parents as they seek to pass on the faith.
Renewed and Received
Ascension Press’ Renewed and Received programs offers children and their parents an engaging, interactive way to grow in their understanding God’s love and mercy through fun activities, high-quality videos and approachable workbooks. Children and their parents will come away with a deeper love and appreciation for these sacraments. The programs are designed to support not only students, but also parents, offering flexible lesson plans, parent formation to create a faith-filled and family-centered sacramental experience.
The New St. Joseph First Communion Catechism
The New St. Joseph First Communion Catechism is a child-friendly catechism series published by Catholic Book Publishing that presents the teachings of the Catholic faith in a clear question-and-answer format. Rooted in the tradition of the Baltimore Catechism, it combines timeless Catholic doctrine with colorful illustrations, Scripture references, prayers, and practical explanations suited to different age levels. The series is designed to help children, parents understand and retain the core beliefs, sacraments, prayers, and moral teachings of the Church while preparing your child for the sacraments and growing in the faith.
